Football and Cheer FundraiserEach team will consist of "team members or participants" that will be football players and cheerleaders combined...teams will have different amounts of players and some will not have cheer squads. Each team will have a goal to reach selling our Fundraiser Cards, which will be an average of 10 cards per child - "team member". Please note: not all players and cheerleaders will sell cards, but will be counted in the averages. For the first two money turn-ins, participants will receive one mystery envelope for ever 2 cards sold ($10.00). Individual prizes will be earned based on the prize levels on the prize sheet enclosed in the player packets. Based on the total amount of money turned in by the team and the goal of 10 cards per team member is met, OYF will present the team with one voucher for 10% of the total amount to use at one of the approved vendors listed in the player packet. The overall top selling team will be determined based on the total amount of money turned in divided by the number of team members to determine the highest average amount of cards sold per child. Example: "A" team has 25 football players, 5 cheerleaders; sells 600 cards total for $3000 which is an average of 20 cards per child. "B" team has 25 football payers, no cheerleaders; they sell 600 cards for $3000 which is an average of 24 cards per child. Team "B" would be the top seller as they have a higher average of cards sold per child. If there are ties between team's average sales, the grand prize would go to the team turning in the higher dollar amount, as chosen by the OYF Executive Committee. |
