Where are practices held? Your coach will notify you of your practice location.
What equipment will my player need? Tackle players need shoulder pads, football pants and pads, colored mouthguard with strap. Helmets provided by Optimist Youth Football. Flag players need white shorts and a mouthguard without the strap. Mouthguards must be colored.

What is the Jamboree? The Jamboree is held before each season at BSU. All Tackle players will be weighed in full pads. This is the final weigh-in for the season. Teams play short offensive and defensive scrimmages and pictures are taken.
Will my player have to be weighed again? Each player steps on the scale before playing in the Jamboree. This is the last time players are weighed.
